Originally hailing from the East Coast, Daniel brings a blue-collar mentality and hustle to the Southern California real estate market. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2012, Daniel entered the industry working for a powerhouse REIT based in Santa Monica, where he learned the ins and outs of the commercial side of real estate. Working alongside high profile litigation attorneys, he was exposed to and familiarized with contract language, high dollar lease negotiation, and the importance of meaningful client relationships.
